Order Cancellations:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing and preparing your order for shipment, and cancellations are no longer possible.

• To cancel your order, please contact us at support@thriftterra.store as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and request the cancellation.

Once an Order Has Shipped:

• If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the item(s) following our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the package.

Exceptions:

• In rare cases, if your order is flagged as needing special attention, we may contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
